Additionally, the project aimed to reduce slip and fall accidents, safeguard flooring from debris and moisture damage, and minimize the time and cost involved in floor maintenance. Outsourcing the service to the right partner helped minimize administrative tasks.
The project encountered a few challenging points, including managing multiple locations that necessitated intricate coordination. Moreover, the implementation and completion of the exchange service had to be carried out within limited working hours, adding to the project’s complexity. Despite these challenges, our company successfully executed the project, meeting the customer’s objectives and ensuring a visually appealing and safe entrance area for our customer.
